General Switzer has over 32 years of leadership experience in successful, high-performance, intuitive cultures. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Ken served as an F/A-18 Pilot, Instructor, and Leader in the United States Marine Corps with combat fighter squadrons worldwide. Ken is a TOPGUN graduate, former Naval Strike Warfare Instructor, and Blue Angels demonstration pilot. Ken then transferred to the Air Force/Air National Guard as an F-16 Pilot, Instructor, and Commander, both in peace and combat.
