Ray's fascination with behavior was sparked by caddying and nurtured by athletic competition. Contrasting audit client cultures with the trading floor ignited it. Pit trading sharply defined the difference between instinctive behavior and intuitive function. Collectively these experiences revealed the Learning Gap responsible for professionals and organizations struggling to improve fast enough to keep up with a rapidly changing digital world. Ray integrated psychology, sociology, and neuroscience to fill the Gap. He opened a new window to human development by creating the Intuitive Development Training Core. Since 2009, the Core has aligned individuals and teams to scientific understanding for how improvement and performance are best directed and supported. Alignment manifests in a frictionless environment anticipating client/customer, team, and organization needs. Professionals keep up with the day's events instead of chasing them as they learn i) how much more they are capable of, ii) achievable it is, and iii) why it is way easier to be great than good. Ray was a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1983-2004. He began his career as a staff accountant (CPA) for Arthur Andersen. His diverse experiences and observation of professionals working across a broad spectrum of competitive environments and cultures have consistently provided personal validation for the power of, need for, and benefits generated by High Intuitive Function. Frank Limones MBB Lean Six Sigma / SENIOR ADVISOR
Frank is a global business leader with an exceptional track record in deploying operations excellence and change management initiatives. Working for GM/Delphi, Frank built his Lean and Six Sigma foundation in the auto industry. The transformation possibilities created by Lean Sigma inspired him to migrate to Abbott Laboratories then - Cardinal Health. Lean Sigma unlocked his full improvement potential to develop and implement core competencies, best practices, and standard work. His efforts consistently empower leaders to achieve optimization objectives securing competitive advantage. Most recently Frank has applied his expertise in the Oil and gas industry and medical device manufacturing. Frank recognizes culture is the key to transformation and integrating the High Intuitive Function Performance Standard is the best way to achieve outcomes desired. Brigadier General Kendall Switzer (USAF Ret.) / Senior Advisor
General Switzer has over 32 years of leadership experience in successful, high-performance, intuitive cultures. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Ken served as an F/A-18 Pilot, Instructor, and Leader in the United States Marine Corps with combat fighter squadrons worldwide. Ken is a TOPGUN graduate, former Naval Strike Warfare Instructor, and Blue Angels demonstration pilot. Ken then transferred to the Air Force/Air National Guard as an F-16 Pilot, Instructor, and Commander, both in peace and combat. These experiences further refined Ken’s grasp and appreciation of the Intuitive Development Concepts. Ken’s expertise is not limited to the military. He has over ten years of experience leading in the construction industry and over 4 years as a leadership/performance trainer in the Oil, Gas, and Mining Industries. Ken’s insights and professional training make him an expert on the Intuitive Development Process's practical application.
