Ethics & Performance Training includes the 90 Day Reflection Cycle so programming can be tailored to individual development and performance needs.
Ethics & Performance Training is broken out into 3 phases. Phase 1 & 2 is comprised of 4.5 hours of instruction broken out into 16 on-demand Learning Modules collectively requiring 12-16 hours of homework. Phase 1 & 2 can be completed over 2 days. Phase 3 tailors instruction to individual development and performance needs through a 90 Day Reflection Cycle requiring 5 - 10 minutes each weekday for 12 weeks.
Phase 1 defines a baseline by taking professionals through a process developing acute awareness for their current state.

Recommended pace is 1 Reflection each weekday morning for 12 weeks resulting in a total of 60 Reflections presented through the Learning Management System (LMS).

The Reflections are formatted for printing so they can be downloaded, printed, and collected in a 1/2 inch binder to facilitate repetition of the Reflection Cycle each time it is completed. The Reflection Cycle and instruction are timeless.
