Ethics & Performance Training based on Intuitive Development Training (IDT)

Ethics & Performance Training includes the 90 Day Reflection Cycle so programming can be tailored to individual development and performance needs.

Ethics & Performance Training is broken out into 3 phases. Phase 1 & 2 is comprised of 6.5 hours of instruction broken out into 16 on-demand Learning Modules collectively requiring 12-16 hours of homework. Phase 1 & 2 can be completed over 2 days. Phase 3 tailors instruction to individual development and performance needs through a 90 Day Reflection Cycle requiring 5 - 10 minutes each weekday for 12 weeks.

Phase 1

Phase 1 defines a baseline by taking professionals through a process developing acute awareness for their current state.
Professionals become aware of:
  • How much more they are capable of and how achievable it is.
  • The risks and threats to their development and performance. 
  • How well they understand and are supporting their Unique Value Proposition.

Collectively Phase 1 & 2 Learning Modules require 12-16 hours of homework. Length of time required to complete for each Module is dependent upon objective.

A Quiz is presented upon conclusion of each Module.

On-demand Learning Modules and the 90 Day Reflection Cycle are presented through AI's Learning Management System (LMS).

​Students have access for 1 full year for review and repetition.

Phase 2

Phase 2 teaches professionals how to fill the gaps revealed in Phase 1 by adopting and assimilating beliefs and behaviors best developing and supporting High Intuitive Function.
Professionals learn how to:
  • Minimize risk for bias in perception, comprehension, and projection.
  • Self-calibrate in a manner causing information to be filtered, processed, and applied most effectively.
  • Create the alignment necessary to transition from a linear (natural learning and improvement progression) to an exponential development path.

Phase 3

90 Day Reflection Cycle begins upon completion of instruction.

Recommended pace is 1 Reflection each weekday morning for 12 weeks resulting in a total of 60 Reflections presented through the Learning Management System (LMS).

Reflections provide highly targeted direction and guidance to support tailoring of the Intuitive Development Process taught in Ethics & Performance Training to individual development and performance needs.

The Reflections are formatted for printing so they can be downloaded, printed, and collected in a 1/2 inch binder to facilitate repetition of the Reflection Cycle each time it is completed.  The Reflection Cycle and  instruction are timeless. 

Repetition ensures the continuous improvement necessary to keep decision-making ahead of an ever accelerating rate of change  is sustained.

Special Note:

Best results are achieved when Phase 1 and Phase 2 are repeated 3 times.

First time through students experience both excitement for what is now possible and how achievable it is; and frustration that no one has provided this information before. This swing in emotions compromises absorption of content.

Students consistently report amazement for how powerful their experience of the training cycle is the 2nd time through. The Intuitive Development Process is now at work causing information to be absorbed more deeply and building the trust accelerating its application. 

Third time through motivation intensifies as students are eager to gain even greater competitive advantage.
